It’s been awhile since I posted to my blog. For the past six months or so, I have been spending time preparing for ProLine launching and welcoming baby Olivia to our world.

Along my experiences, there are many times I found myself not too clear of what I wanted. Impatience causes me to convey weak messages to my colleagues and expect them to work on it, which then doesn’t happen.
